In a post a bit ago it was explained that it was disabled to fix some bug or virus or something. Anyway it's disabled for the time being so it's not just you.

@OP, i would go with something general like [life sheath][reversal of fortune][shield of absorption][shielding hands][glyph of lesser energy][aegis][spirit bond]
For the last skill I would bring hex removal such as [holy veil][remove hex].

Well, OP hasn't stated for PvE or PvP so Aegis would be changed accordingly for PvP if he'd rather run something in its place.

Although, I am sure Aegis still has some use in PvP, not sure though as I don't play Monk there.
